Sao Tomé cacao is one of the most extra-ordinary cacao in the world. In this assortment of chocolate, we present the 3 different recipes all made with this amazing cacao and we offer them in the typical shape of our Guido Gobino Selection: the chocolate disks or “cialdine”.
Packed into an assorted 250 grams bag or into a 150 grams box, the Sao Tomé chocolate disks will surprise you for the great variety of aromatic profiles they have. The milk chocolate 35% recipe is typical for its balanced flavor and its caramel notes.
The dark chocolate 63% recipe is typical for its sweet flavor rich of red fruits notes, dried fruits and spices. Finally, the dark chocolate 80% recipe is typical for its marked acidity and its strong roasted flavor.
We suggest to store the product at a temperature of 18-20°C and relative humidity of 50-60%, preferably in dry conditions and spaces free of odors and away from heat sources.
If stored at the above conditions, the product maintains its characteristics unchanged up to 24 months.
