We are happy to present the new exclusive Vermouth Ganache: in this praline we gave new meaning to the aromatic profile of the Ancient Cocchi Vermouth. Here you can feel, combined with the chocolate flavor, the typical notes of cloves, rhubarb and citrus fruits hidden in the Cocchi Vermouth.
We cut this ganache with the guitar method and then we gently cover it with a thin layer of Dark Chocolate Blend 63%. Afterwards, we decorate this ganache by hand using a little piece of citrus fruit, to match with the aromas blended in the chocolate filling recipe.
We suggest to store the product at a temperature of 4 ° C and relative humidity of 50-60%, preferably in dry conditions and away from smells or heat sources.
If stored at the above conditions, the product maintains its characteristics unchanged up to 60 days.
