Our specialties called “Foglio Nocciolato” are made combining the best PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts (selected and roasted in our production headquarter), with our chocolate. We offer various flavors of our Fogli: Gianduja, Blend Dark chocolate 63%, Fine Milk Chocolate 35% and White Chocolate.
Moreover, since our Foglio has become one of our symbols, this year we offer other flavors, made without hazelnuts but with some new extraordinary flavors. In the 250 grams size we created: the Dark Chocolate with Almonds and Citrus Fruits and the Dark Chocolate with Red Fruits and Goji Berries. In the smallest sizes, new entry of our Selection, we created the Gianduja with Microsphere and the Dark Chocolate with Almonds and Apricots.
Available, according to the various flavors, in the 1 kg, 300, 250 and 150 grams sizes.
We suggest to store the product at a temperature of 12-20°C, preferably in dry conditions and spaces free of smells and away from heat sources.
The optimal tasting temperatures are 22-23°C.
If stored at the above conditions, the product maintains its characteristics unchanged up to 12 months.
