Recipe Tip:

Soufflé al Cioccolato Fondente Guido Gobino Blend al 63% di Cacao.

Ingredients (4 persons): 400 g (4 bar blocks) cioccolato fondente Guido Gobino blend 63%, 400 g butter, 8 eggs, 320 g sugar, 80 g flour.

Preparation: Melt the butter with sugar and chocolate in double boiler 45 degrees, then add eggs and flour, mix well and pour into 8 buttered ramekins. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Temperature indication and gradation according to the available oven.
