Cioccolatino fresco con ripieno di Crema al Gianduja Guido Gobino.
Ingredients (4 persons): 100 g cioccolato fondente Guido Gobino blend 63% (20 5g wafers), crema al Gianduja Guido Gobino, Nocciole Piemonte I.G.P. Relanghe.
Preparation: Obtain a mold for small forms on which to pour a thin layer of chocolate extra-bitter blend at 63% previously melted in a double boiler for the realization of the base that will be filled with the Gianduja cream by means of a pastry bag. Garnish each Cioccolatino with Piedmont IGP Hazelnuts (whole).
